The Legal Department of the University of Khartoum is composed of legal advisors from the Ministry of Justice accredited to the University tp render the required legal advice to the University Administration on all the issues raised. |

||||||||||||||
| The Legal Department also draft the contracts to which the University is a party, also it appears on behalf of the University in the different courts defending or prosecuting as the case may be. | |||||||||||||||
