- Provide technical advise and consultancy to private and public sectors in its field of activity.

Improvement of traditionally manufactured clay brick.

Manufacturing of fired clay-bricks at Soba using modern mechanization.

- Promotion of gypsum , lime, limestone and other local materials in the building industry
- Performance of fresh concrete in hot climate; costing and curing
- The use of sea water in mixing and curing of concrete.
- The use of agricultural by products in building industry.
- The use of concrete admixtures in Sudan.
- Design of timbre beam based on safe loading analysis.
- Design of what is known as "Libyan Roof" which is made of fired clay-brick and sand-cement mortar or concrete.

Traditional construction management and its effect on cost.

Procedures adopted by local contractors to estimate the cost of buildings.

Design of a computer programmed to design some concrete bridges used in highways.

   

Future Research Project:
